You might be the Early Years Teacher we’re looking for.
We’re working with a warm, community-focused primary school in Bradford that’s searching for a creative and nurturing Early Years Teacher to join their team. This long-term role is perfect for someone who believes that curiosity, kindness, and play are at the heart of early learning.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading an engaging, child-centred EYFS classroom where every pupil feels valued and supported
* Planning and delivering fun, meaningful lessons that encourage exploration and independence
* Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SEN staff, and parents to give each child the best start
* Observing progress and celebrating the small (and big!) wins every day
* Embedding the EYFS curriculum through creative, play-based learning
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in Early Years (Nursery or Reception)
* A nurturing, energetic approach and a passion for early education
* Strong understanding of child development and early assessment
* Knowledge of or interest in supporting children with SEN
