Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator – Global Investment Firm
We are working with a leading global investment firm seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator to provide high-level support to senior leadership, including the President and Chief People Officer, as well as broader support across the Human Resources team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless executive support and operational excellence within HR.
Key Responsibilities:
* Extensive diary and inbox management for the CPO and wider HR team
* Acting as a strategic partner to the CPO, adding value through proactive scheduling and forward planning to stay one step ahead
* Coordination of complex international and domestic travel. Ensuring she has everything she needs ahead of travelling
* Preparation of board materials, presentations, and reports
* Project coordination and cross-functional support across HR
* Supporting on interview scheduling, onboarding/off-boarding logistics
* Monitoring HR inbox
What We’re Looking For:
* 8+ years of proven experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in HR or People functions
* Experience in Private Equity is essential
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
* Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a high-performance culture
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* High discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
* Tech-savvy with advanced Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills
