Relying on your professional judgement, you will make critical clinical decisions. You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from developing tailored care plans to administering medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do.About youCheerful, caring and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing and communication skills, you will have a flexible approach to working shifts. You will be passionate about care and making a positive difference to the lives of older people.You will have a passion to mentor and share your knowledge with your Colleagues. You will understand the importance of effective communication, both verbally and written, and role model professional behaviours.You will be a qualified RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin number and a good knowledge of the most up to date clinical practices. It would be useful if you have experience as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment, but this is not essential.
