Find out more about the work we do here: Citizen<br></span><span><br></span><span>Position: Trade Engineer Painter & Decorator (Voids)<br></span></p></div><div><h2>Salary: 34729</h2><p><span>Location: St James Lane, Coventry, CV3 3FX<br></span><span><br></span><span>Hours: 37 hours per week - 8am to 4pm (3:30pm Fri)<br></span></p></div><div><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p><span>Reporting to the Voids Supervisor, you will carry out maintenance activities, responsive repairs and planned works across our residential, public and commercial properties.<br></span><span><br></span><span>You will primarily deliver high-quality painting and decorating services, while also supporting a range of associated multi-skilled tasks to ensure works are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.<br></span></p></div><div><h2></h2><ul><li>Maintain accurate job records, documentation, certificates and updates via handheld IT devices</li><li>Provide excellent customer service at all times</li><li>Take responsibility for company vehicles, equipment, materials and van stock</li><li>Participate in emergency call-out and flexible working rotas (08:0018:00, MondayFriday, plus out-of-hours on rota basis where applicable)</li></ul></div><div><h2>Qualifications and experience</h2><ul><li>Craft City & Guilds or S/NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating</li><li>Proven experience in domestic painting and decorating</li><li>Experience delivering maintenance services within social housing (void and occupied properties)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Health & Safety best practice</li><li>Full UK driving licence</li></ul></div><div><h2>Managers Quote</h2><p><span>As a Trade Engineer, your contribution is essential to delivering homes that are safe, secure, and ready for our residents.
