The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Product Manager to lead our portfolio of personal care ingredients. You will be responsible for driving the strategy, positioning and growth of key products across the UK & Ireland. Working closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, you’ll serve as the champion for your products – ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the lifecycle of assigned product lines – from launch to phase-out
* Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps based on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to craft compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies
* Monitor product performance and margins; identify opportunities for growth and optimization
* Support customer engagement, including technical discussions and formulation support when needed
* Coordinate with R&D on innovation pipelines, new ingredient application development, and regulatory requirements
* Deliver product training and technical support materials for internal teams and customers
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or business development – ideally in personal care, beauty, or home care/I&I markets
* Strong understanding of cosmetic formulations and industry regulations (e.g. INCI, REACH)
* Commercial mindset with the ability to balance technical depth and market insight
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally and lead without direct authority
