Job Description Machine Operatives The Role: Our well established client in South Luffenham is currently looking for manufacturing staff to be trained to run their thermoforming & CNC machines. This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills as full training will be given. Responsibilities: Operate machinery and monitor production – training will be provided Loading and unloading of machines Maintaining machine ry. Performing quality checks to minimise no n- conformance Person Specification: Previous experience within an engineering environment advantageous but not essential Ability to operate machinery Reliable and punctual Able to work on own or as part of a team Ability to get to South Luffenham Comply with health and safety procedures and policies to ensure the role is carried out without risk to self and others. Hours and Pay: Hours: 37.5 Rotating shifts. Earlies 05:30 - 13:30 Monday to Friday Lates: Monday - Wednesday 13:30 - 23:30 Thursday 13:30 - 23:00 Friday off £11/hour inc. shift premium Overtime after 37.5 hours @ £13.76 on Saturday & £18.34 on Sunday
