Your duties include: Maintain customer relationships as the point of contact for technical administration. Train, mentor, and coach team members to develop individual and team excellence in technical administration. Driving the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of standard master work packages in conjunction with Quality Assurance. Manage the timely and accurate creation of user-friendly work packages in customer provided enterprise digital solutions e.g. SAP, Solumina, CAMM2, etc. Manage the administration of major changes to released work packages to ensure there are no delays to production for technical administration. Conducting audits of technical work packages for accuracy before final close out, Driving collaboration between the technical admin team and F135 maintenance team leaders and planning team to generate and maintain work schedules. In conjunction with the operations manager, manage authorisations granted to maintenance operations staff within the relevant enterprise digital solution e.g. SAP, Solumina, CAMM2, etc., In conjunction with the customer and operations manager, maintain configuration control and reporting of product data to ensure records are complete and accurate as required by customer contractual requirements. Lead the review of technical data changes / revisions for impacts to operations and in collaboration with the broader program support staff, implement relevant any required changes to procedures / processes. Participate in or lead teams through the root cause and corrective action process associated with relevant non-conformance reports. Identification of opportunities for continuous improvement to reduce the cost base and improve efficiency within the maintenance operations environment. Skills And Experiences Skills, Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate, organise, and administer teams of multi-skilled personnel. Experience using various enterprise digital solutions e.g. SAP, Solumina, IFS, Microsoft, etc. Experience in an aerospace propulsion or component / MRO operations environment. Exceptional organisational, planning and change management skills. Minimum five years in an aviation MRO operations environment, or equivalent mechanical operations environment. Professional engineering qualification BEng or Cert IV in Aeroskills (or equivalent) with 4 years post qualification experience. Lean / 6 Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement training.
