Job Title: Customer Services Representative Responsible to: Customer Service Manager / Operations Director Department: Woodside Haulage Ltd Salary: Competitive Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm About the Company: Woodside Haulage is the largest of the 5 divisions of Woodside Logistics Group delivering full trailer loads across UK and Ireland with Depots in Ballynure, Dublin and Preston. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work well under pressure both as part of a team and on their own initiative. Job Summary: Working within our existing Customer Services team based in Ballynure, Co Antrim, this person will act as the initial point of contact for our customers and partners: To provide and maintain excellent levels of Customer Service to help ensure all goods are delivered within the required transit times, therefore ensuring our delivery and collection performance is met and maintained. To pro-actively foster and develop close working relationships with customers, partners and colleagues. To accurately input and update collections / delivery information onto our own and partners operating systems. The Person: The successful candidate will: Have excellent verbal, written, and communication skills with the ability to communicate across different media (e.g. telephone, e mail and electronic messaging) Have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to our customers and partners Strong overall I.T. knowledge as there will be exposure to a number of different operating systems. Essential Criteria: At least one years' experience using IT systems to include Microsoft Office. Desirable Criteria: Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment dealing with a large volume of calls and administrative duties. At least one years' previous experience in a customer service role.
