Job Description Job Description: Practice Nurse (4 Days per Week) Location: Yorkshire Hours: 4 days per week Rate: £30 per hour Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Chronic Disease Management: Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Hypertension, etc. Treatment Room Duties: Wound care, dressings, cervical smears, immunizations, and injections. System Use: Proficient in SystemOne for patient records and clinical tasks. Patient Education: Provide advice on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle changes. Team Collaboration: Work closely with GPs, other nurses, and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality care. Requirements: NMC registration. Experience in chronic disease management and treatment room procedures. SystemOne experience preferred. Immediate availability for 4 days per week.
