This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and developing a desk with real autonomy and earning potential.
The Role
* Develop and grow a specialist desk within Engineering or Tech
* Utilise existing contacts and database
* Proactively win new business through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
* Build and manage long-term client relationships
* Source, qualify, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
* Manage the full 360 process from business development to placement
* Maintain a strong pipeline of roles and candidates
* Negotiate terms, fees, and offers with clients and candidates
* Work towards and exceed monthly billing targets

* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within Engineering or Tech
* Strong business development skills and a track record of winning new clients
* Confident communicator who can build credibility quickly
* Target-driven with a commercial mindset
