We are currently recruiting for a Youth Support Worker to work for a rewarding Charity who provide practical help and personalised support through their education, housing, justice and health and wellbeing services. This role will be part of a Team supporting young people aged 16-21 including care leavers or those at risk of homelessness based in the Harlow area. Tasks will include: Carry out initial assessment of the potential or actual service user, including any risks, or his/her needs and requirements in respect of the service on offer. Maintain contact on a regular basis with service users. Risk assess and take the necessary actions in respect of any activities with service users including personal safety. Develop relationships with appropriate external groups/agencies in support of services users' needs and requirements. Support with challenging behaviour and any anti-social behaviour and reporting any risks. Other Roles Details £20.08 per hour via umbrella company 35 hours per week Rolling Shift Pattern - Week 1 7am-3pm | Week 2 12.30-8.30pm and 1 weekend in 4 with days off during the week.
