This case-holding role involves working with young people aged 16–18 as they transition from care to independence, managing caseloads, care proceedings, and ensuring pathways are followed before handing over to a Personal Advisor. The ideal candidate will have statutory social work experience in children’s services, demonstrable experience with looked after children, child protection, permanence planning, and court work.
