Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
What does it entail?
We have opportunities for experienced Reactive Drainage Engineers but also candidates with a ground working/civils/construction background who would like an opportunity to start their drainage career.
Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers' drains
Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
Carrying out surveys
Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications
Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
What experience do we look for?
Experience in commercial & domestic drainage - ideally
Experience in ground working/construction/civils
Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
Want to be part of a growing and progressive business
Full UK driving licence
