What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Ensure key contractual SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved across the site
* Produce strategic account plans and direct teams to ensure that services and work achieve the objectives
* Cultivate client relationships and manage those relationships with excellence
* Identify and capture business opportunities within existing accounts
* Understands assigned client’s ecommerce marketing objectives, business needs and budget
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Have demonstrable experience in a fast-moving E-Fulfilment & retail logistics operation experience
1. Significant 3PL client service delivery or account management experience
2. Proven success in delivering costs, KPIs and good knowledge of CI principles
3. Excellent people management skills with the ability to build credible and strong professional relationships at all levels
4. Strong understanding of Stock & Systems would be an advantage
