Offer description

CRP Subsea are looking for a QC Inspector to join our QC Inspection Team and support with the overall CRP Quality and risk management strategy.

What will you do as our QC Inspector:

* Providing a comprehensive QC Goods Inward inspection service to ensure that all standards related to quality are achieved and meet the requirements of the Purchase Order.
* Monitoring of critical test equipment to ensure we have a critical test equipment response plan.
* Support the QC Supervisor in any other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.
* With the assistance of the QC Supervisor, prioritise incoming components for inspection based on the business needs.
* Carrying out inspection of the incoming products, either at CRP’s premises or the suppliers.
* Ensuring that the status and control on non-conforming products is in accordance with relevant procedures and drawings and the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
* Maintaining clear and accurate records of inspection findings at all times and reporting all and every deviation to the relevant person.
* Raising Supplier NCRs where appropriate.
* Creating Critical Equipment Response Plan to ensure coordinated response to critical equipment failure.
* Carrying out any other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.

* Deliver excellent customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
* Understand customer needs and supplier limitations and develop interventions to fulfil requirements.
* Ensure excellent service delivery through operational excellence. With:
* Strong interpersonal skills,
* Intermediate computer skills,
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* HS Qualification, or equivalent, level in a manufacturing, engineering or sciences discipline
* Proven track record within a fast pace, demanding manufacturing environment
* Involvement in change initiatives and projects with a view to continual improvement
* Building strong relationships and working as part of a team
