The Role
You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day management of HR processes, including recruitment, staff records, payroll coordination and onboarding of new employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing staff recruitment, adverts and application tracking
* Coordinating DBS checks and safeguarding documentation
* Maintaining personnel files and HR databases
* Assisting with payroll data and absence monitoring
* Supporting HR policies and staff wellbeing initiatives
About You
* Previous HR or school administration experience desirable
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities
* Discreet, professional and confident handling sensitive information
