A day in the life
You will work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, focusing on productivity, safety, and quality. Your daily tasks include team management, operational responsibilities, process improvements, and contingency planning. You will serve as a role model and mentor to new managers.

The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is vital to our delivery speed. Using air, sea, and road transport, along with advanced sortation centers, we maximize efficiency and use data-driven decision-making. Our team is committed to safety, innovation, and sustainability.
Qualifications
1. Degree or relevant experience in people management
2. Experience communicating with stakeholders, including peers and leadership
3. Ability to use data and anecdotal evidence to influence decisions
4. Proficiency in English and local language (verbal and written)
5. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques (preferred)
6. Experience in logistics environments (preferred)
7. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
