What you'll be doing
✔ Take ownership of debtor accounts and drive timely, consistent payment collection
✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, resolving payment queries with confidence and professionalism
✔ Reconcile accounts and produce clear, accurate reports for senior management
✔ Collaborate with the wider accounts team on ad hoc finance tasks - no two days are the same
What you'll bring
✔ Previous credit control or accounts experience
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ High attention to detail and a deadline-driven mindset
✔ Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Excel
