What the Job Involves This position requires managing the administration of Early Years Funding through the CAPITA Early Years Portal. You'll be responsible for supporting childcare providers in accessing early education funding, maintaining the Family Information Directory, and updating the associated website. A key component of your role will be providing customer service and technical support, as well as training users on the portal systems. You'll also compile and analyze data to support strategic decisions within the Early Years Team. Additionally, you’ll conduct audits and ensure compliance with funding and service standards.
