Clinical Support Worker – Glynde Ward, EDGH. We are looking for an experienced Clinical Support Worker; hospital experience is desirable but not essential. You will be required to provide delegated clinical procedures, including insertion/removal of cannula, venepuncture, wound assessment and simple dressings, and removal of urinary catheter. Training will be provided. The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team with good interpersonal and communication skills, contributing as a full team member.

Responsibilities
* Provide delegated clinical procedures as required (e.g., cannula insertion/removal, venepuncture, wound assessment and simple dressings, removal of urinary catheter).
* Participate in a busy acute 30-bed Glynde Ward with an emphasis on teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration.
* Undergo induction and complete Trust statutory/mandatory training.
* Share knowledge and experience with the ward team and contribute to high standards of patient care and professional development.
* Engage in a supportive atmosphere with mentorship and clinical supervision; support team working and empowerment to make a real difference for patients.
Qualifications
* GCSE English and Maths – minimum grade C/4 or Functional Skills equivalent.
* A Care Certificate and/or NVQ2 in health and social care or equivalent.
* Evidence of ability to work as part of a team and to use own initiative with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
* To join the team, complete an Induction course including Trust statutory/mandatory training.
