Salary: £25,087 rising to £25,684 at 9 months in role, plus uncapped commission
Are you someone who likes solving problems? Maybe you enjoy gaming or tinkering with technology. If so, you have transferable skills to succeed in a Customer Service Technical role with EE. You’ll be talking with customers over the phone on mobile tech-related queries, from simple device questions to issues that require more work to keep them connected with loved ones. You never know what’s coming next.
You don’t need specific experience to join us. If you’re naturally helpful, calm and able to build relationships, we can train you on the rest.
