I am currently looking for a regional HR BP for a hotel portfolio in London. As HR BP you will work across a varied hotel portfolio supporting the operations of the business, delivering key elements of the People plan with a focus on workforce planning and leadership best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. First contact for ER advice for the hotels and escalation if needed.
2. Dealing and supporting ER cases.
3. Delivering and/or supporting disciplinary, grievance, flexible working or other people related type meetings.
4. Communicating effective Policies and Procedures to hotel managers
5. Mediate, Coach & provide support with performance related issues.
6. Support the opening process of any new properties that may be introduced to the portfolio.
7. To support with priority project work
8. To allow more regular auditing such as Right to Work, People Compliance audit to happen.
9. Coordinate and support with any employee engagement activities or recognition events.
10. Recruitment Support – To help the Managers and Talent team with the recruitment of team members & HODS.
11. To drive L&D interventions including apprenticeships, internal moves, career conversations and succession planning
12. Ensure best in class onboarding to set new hires up for success and deliver a first-class welcome experience.
13. Support the hotels and liaise with the payroll team regarding any pay queries.
