We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who can advance product and engineering execution teams to deliver on strategic change initiatives that drive significant business value. Key Actions Strategic Leadership - Oversee all initiatives (epics, features, stories, and projects) from inception to delivery. Articulate strategic requirements, define concepts for new ideas, prioritize demand, manage delivery backlogs, allocate resources, and control budgets. Product and Engineering Leadership - Manageproduct and engineering execution teams to deliver on strategic change initiatives that drive significant business value. Ensure effective design and delivery of innovative products and exceptional customer experiences. Stakeholder Engagement - Engage and cooperate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives. Technology Ownership - Own the enabling technology stack, take full accountability for outcomes, and partner with an IT Application Director to deliver world-class technology solutions. Agile Practices - Manage teams and squads in line with SAFe Agile practice Collaboration - Work closely with other teams and stakeholders across the organization to gather input on design initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelors degree or equivalent, with 15 years in R&D, product management, portfolio change, operations, or continuous improvement. Knowledge - Working knowledge of the SAFe Agile methodology would be highly beneficial.
