Site Platform Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)

Bouygues Travaux Publics (TP) and Laing O’Rourke, two of Europe’s most dynamic engineering and construction specialists, are partnering in a joint venture named BYLOR to deliver the main civil engineering works at Hinkley Point C (HPC), a project valued at over £2.8 billion.
Purpose of the Role
To oversee and ensure that adequate & effective support is available to the Site Based Team, manage services for maximum efficiency & expediency, coordinate the platform training matrix and training requests, take minutes and distribute to all parties, follow up actions, and support the continued Health and Safety programs on the project by efficiently coordinating requests from the team and Health and Safety team.
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities
* Support the team in meetings, including coordinating rooms and people.
* Take minutes, translate to meeting minutes for onward distribution and follow up on actions to ensure effective meetings held.
* HSPI management with Safety Team and management team.
* Coordinate a schedule of Safety inspections.
* Generate all internal KPI reports as required.
* Support teams with asset management via GMAO.
* Raise requisition for materials using the GMAO order process.
* Report issues as they arise through their line manager.
* Training register management, booking courses and managing workforce attendance with management.
* Provide training register management for all staff on the platform to ensure compliance.
* Upload Tool Box talks and Daily briefs to A Site on a weekly basis.
* Maintain stationery requirements as required.
* Apply leadership and motivational skills.
* Manage time to ensure effective delivery in role.
* Employ strong and effective organising, planning, and process work methods.
* Exhibit a very confident manner.
* Communicate effectively across all platforms as a team member with a variety of customers.
* Be numerate, literate, and accurate.
