Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for EndPoint Products and Services (Windows, Mac & Mobility and Packging). He/she will be a pivotal role in ensuring the presentation of our projects, delivery and rollout of them with all tech, business domain and zones. Reporting directly to India Tech Hub EndPoint Tower and working directly with the Global EndPoint Tower based in ParisMAIN SKILLS
3. Build assistance and ensure consistency for EndPoint roadmap
4. Follow up and manage internal projects and studies
5. Organize steering, technical groups with stakeholders.
6. Animate and coordinate Tech, business and zones for delivery and rollout purposes.
7. Prepare and present assistance for periodical meetings (monthly steerco & annual review)
8. Close coordination with the product teams seniors (Product Owner / Architect / Service Delivery Manager)
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
ACTIVITIES
10. Participate in the definition of the business case, cost model and overall purpose for the project (cost, quality, deadlines,…),
11. Define and monitor the project plan, budget, KPI's and metrics, activities, methodologies, resource and allocation (internal/external),
12. Define and review SLAs and oversee performance,
13. Coordinate and integrate the different contents and deliverables to ensure the overall consistency and coherence of the designed solution,
14. Prepare the project delivery and the knowledge transfer for the run in close relation with the operating teams,
15. Define the implementation strategy of the project and supervise the change management activities including training, user assistance and communication,
16. Define and organize project steering activities, advise and review the overall plan and status of the Project,
17. Track project risks and regulate on corrective measures and/or any trade-offs needed to achieve goals and minimize delays and costs,
18. Manage the allocated internal/external resources including third parties activities,
19. Ensure the development of expertise and know how in his/her field of management.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
20. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
21. In-depth practical experience delivering EndPoint solutions ( MS Defender, Bitlocker, MAC, Packaging, Tanium, SCCM)
22. + 5 years' experience in similar position.
23. Certification Methodology: Agile / ITIL / Project management
24. Documentation Tools as : Service-now, PowerBI, Excel, Word, Confluence, MS SharePoint, Git, PowerPoint for reporting
