Do you want to make a difference to people’s lives? Join us as an Autism Support Worker. We need 2 full‑time dedicated workers in Worksop. This rewarding role supports autistic adults in a range of activities, encourages independent living skills and provides holistic care.
Responsibilities
You will:
* support autistic adults in daily activities;
* provide personal care, medication administration, and manage anxieties;
* integrate clients into the local community;
* promote independent living skills.
You may work early, late, sleep‑ins, weekends, bank holidays and flexible shift patterns on a rolling rota.
Qualifications & Experience
No experience is required; training will be provided. We also welcome candidates who have worked as support workers, care assistants, nursery assistants, personal care assistants, or in the NHS/health or social care sectors.
Working Conditions
Full‑time, part‑time and casual relief positions are available across the Nottinghamshire area; commuting by car is possible. We are unable to accept restricted‑hour candidates or offer sponsorship.
