Salary: £12.86 per hour and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Part time, 30 hours (includes some weekend and bank holidays)

What You’ll Do
* Create & maintain rapport with the customer, understand and meet their needs and deliver a brilliant customer experience that is right first time, while also exceeding sales targets both individually and as a team. Approach every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience, using solution-based selling and offering products and services that meet the customer’s needs.
* Provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes and their unique selling points throughout a customer’s relationship with us.
* Always act with good conduct, ensuring customers are given correct and relevant information, ensuring their needs are met and allowing them to make informed decisions.
* Deliver exceptional service to Vodafone customers and take personal ownership for meeting their needs.
* Meet and exceed individual sales targets and ensure compliance against key metrics.
* Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements.
* Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines and participate in Vodafone’s security vetting process when required.

* Level-headed with the ability to provide customers with expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes.
* Enthusiastic, energetic and driven.
* Committed to delivering exceptional service and taking personal ownership for meeting customer needs.
* Able to own the end-to-end sales process and identify opportunities for additional services.
* Willing to work some weekends and weekdays as required.
