Support Worker
Pay rate: £14.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts (8am - 8pm) Monday to Sunday
We've got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their family home in Bodmin. Thisperson has Autism, Mental health and Learning disabilities but this does not define them. More interestingly they have a wide range of hobbies/Interests such as Drum and bass music, DJing, Cycling, Computer games, Astronomy, Trains and much more!
Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this persons life. You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following:
* Autism
* Behaviours that can be perceived as challenging
* Learning Disabilities
* Mental health (Substance misuse/Forensic background, Wards/Units, Inpatient, hospital discharge, Mental health home)
