Role Title: EMEA Brand Manager
Reports To: Senior Brand Manager
Location: Windsor, UK (hybrid, 3 days a week)
Overview:
A leading global games publisher is seeking an EMEA Brand Manager (either experienced or someone who's ready to step up!) to join their Windsor based team. In this strategic role, you will report to the Senior Brand Manager and be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial success across multiple high-profile gaming & entertainment titles within the EMEA and ANZ regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tailored go-to-market and promotional plans across EMEA and Australia/New Zealand
* Work closely with global marketing teams to ensure brand alignment across territories, including Japan and the US
* Translate overarching brand pillars into actionable regional marketing plans
* Independently manage and report on allocated marketing budgets for specific titles
* Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key performance indicators, including sales performance
* Stay up to date with market trends and conduct competitive analysis and consumer research
* Define brand positioning and extract actionable insights for regional application
* Clearly communicate brand vision and objectives across internal stakeholders and external partners
* Oversee development of marketing assets, localisation efforts, and creative campaign execution in collaboration with internal teams and agencies
* Monitor audience reception and adapt strategies to optimise impact
* Contribute to long-term brand growth strategies
* Foster alignment across the organisation around brand goals and messaging
Required Skills & Experience:
* Substantial experience in a strategic brand or marketing role, ideally within the entertainment or digital content industry
* Demonstrated ability to build and execute regional marketing strategies and manage budgets effectively
* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with international teams across various departments and cultures
* Deep understanding of the video games industry and current platform landscape
* Excellent organisational skills with a detail-oriented, proactive approach to project management
* Clear and confident communication style, with strong interpersonal abilities
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple projects and stakeholders
