We are now seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Warrington site leadership team and play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all aspects of our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, BRC, and food industry best practice.
* Act as the primary contact for external audits and ensure we are always audit-ready.
* Drive a cultural shift from reactive checks to proactive quality assurance across the site.
* Lead and develop the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Own and oversee internal audit systems, customer technical documentation, and supplier NCR processes.
* Support site operations with robust risk assessments, identifying and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
* Report on KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve both team and factory performance.
A Bit About You
* Strong experience in a QA leadership role within FMCG manufacturing (spirits experience desirable).
* In-depth knowledge of HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, BRC, FSI & ISO accreditation.
* A clear, logical thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Resilient, pragmatic, and commercially aware, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
* A natural leader who inspires and develops teams, driving high standards and a proactive approach.
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience).
