Cook Manager - Harford Manor
The salary for this role is £25,938.12 Pro Rata, with 28 days paid holiday entitlement.

The opportunity:
* 7.30am - 2pm, Monday to Friday
* Permanent
* 32.5 hours per week
This is a term-time only position, working 38 weeks per year, offering you a great work-life balance. Your pay will be pro-rata, and you will receive 1/12th of your salary each month, regardless of school holidays.
A day in the life:
You will become an integral part of the school, managing the kitchen team, preparing, cooking, and serving lunches for young people and staff, ensuring an engaging and interactive dining experience for all.
Our central team will support you in managing food safety, health and safety, and food allergens. Our dedicated menu, promotions, and compliance teams will provide you with menu cycles, special diet menus, and promotional materials, allowing you to focus on food preparation and service.
Our electronic tablet will give you access to our kitchen management system and serve as a communication tool, providing regular updates and minimizing paperwork.
What are we looking for from you?
You should have previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment with an organized approach, and a good understanding of the food industry, costs, and working within a set budget.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service is essential, along with strong communication skills and an adaptable approach to work.
