What You’ll Do
* Lead brand strategy for Purdy, Geocel, and Thompsons - from positioning to execution.
* Support Ronseal initiatives in DIY, ensuring consistency and impact.
* Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, trade media, events, and in-branch.
* Drive visibility and advocacy in merchant channels (e.g. Screwfix, Toolstation, independents).
* Partner with sales, product, shopper, digital and external agencies to deliver cohesive brand activity.
* Manage budgets and measure performance to maximize ROI.

Wokingham, Winnersh (Hybrid: 3 days on site / 2 days remote)

Senior Brand Manager - Ronseal & Trade Brands
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in brand management (preferably FMCG, trade, DIY, or related sectors).
* Strong understanding of the trade and merchant environment.
* Skilled in integrated marketing planning and campaign delivery.
* Commercially minded, insight-driven, and highly collaborative.
* Driving license and own car
