The Future Teachers Programme with Teaching Personnel offers graduates a paid, supported journey into the classroom!
Starting from September, this programme is ideal for those who want to gain direct school experience before committing to a PGCE or formal teacher training.
You will work in a school setting, supporting teachers and students, experiencing and gaining first-hand insight into what being a teacher is really like! This is a great opportunity to build the confidence and skills needed to progress into training.
The Role
Successful applicants will be placed in Secondary Schools in the Andover area as a Cover Supervisor! This will include:
* Covering lessons during short-term teacher absences
* Supervising students while they complete pre-set work
* Maintaining a positive learning environment and managing classroom behaviour
* Ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all pupils
We welcome graduates from a wide range of degree backgrounds, including but not limited to core subjects, humanities, the arts, languages – whatever your passion may be!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
