Salary: £36,182 basic | £42,182 OTE (time saved & team profit)
Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week (weekends on a rota)

Service Technician Overview
A high-performing aftersales team in Worcester is seeking a skilled and qualified Service Technician to join their modern, well-equipped workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Technician who wants to develop their technical abilities, work with cutting-edge tools and benefit from ongoing manufacturer training. Youll be part of a supportive team that values quality, safety and professional growth.
Service Technician Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing and maintenance across a range of vehicles
* Complete diagnostic, warranty and repair work to high standards
* Perform vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes and cambelt replacements
* Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
* Complete digital write-ups and job cards accurately
Requirements Service Technician
* Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
* Previous experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic
* Strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety and quality
* MOT licence beneficial (training available if not yet qualified)
* Eagerness to learn and progress through manufacturer accreditation
