Our 28-bed Adult Inpatient Unit offers specialist palliative and end-of-life care to adults with life-limiting conditions across Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire. We provide both short-term symptom management and support in the final stages of life. You’ll be part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred care that focuses on dignity, comfort, and compassion — every step of the way. ?? What You’ll Be Doing Delivering outstanding physical, emotional, and spiritual care tailored to each patient Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a multi-professional team Leading shifts and supervising healthcare staff in the absence of senior nurses Participating in quality improvement, audits and continuous development Maintaining professional, accurate documentation in line with NMC and hospice policy ?? What We’re Looking For NMC registration (RGN) A passion for palliative or complex care (experience desirable but not essential) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work flexibly across days and nights as part of a supportive team A commitment to professional development and delivering high standards of care ??
