We’re looking for a Finance & Strategy Associate to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us optimise decision-making within our Technology function, ensuring our investments drive profitable growth and long-term value. Get to know our Finance team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be joining the Technology Finance & Strategy team. We partner closely with our tech leaders to solve difficult problems, providing the analytical rigour needed to understand the P&L impact of every product and engineering decision. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a key advisor to stakeholders up to VP level, providing proactive analysis to support high-stakes technical and commercial decisions. Financial Planning & Control: Play a lead role in the budgeting and resource planning processes, tracking spend against the annual plan while identifying risks and opportunities. Investment Governance: Manage the internal development capitalisation process, collaborating with Tech and Finance counterparts to ensure full regulatory compliance. Performance Reporting: Own monthly technology cost reporting and commentary, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior management. Process Automation: Drive continuous improvement by automating reporting tools and investment frameworks to scale our financial operations. What You’ll Need to Thrive Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others: Strategic Analytical Background: Significant experience in an analytical, strategic, or commercial role, ideally within the Technology, SaaS, or Telecoms sectors. Financial Qualification: You are a Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or hold an MBA with a strong grasp of financial fundamentals. Advanced Modelling: High proficiency in GSheet/Excel with a proven ability to build complex financial models and manipulate large data sets. Stakeholder Influence: A clear and confident communicator with a proven ability to influence senior leadership and work collaboratively across teams. Commercial Mindset: A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, comfortable with ambiguity and able to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Why Join Us?
