Are you searching for the next step up in your marketing career? We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our busy, vibrant team, based in our Warwick office.
With guidance from the Marketing Manager, youll be working across our two sister brands a HR outsourcing consultancy and a recruitment agency. Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in a general marketing role and be keen to take on more responsibility. Youll support the development and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns that raise awareness, generate leads and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
With support from the Marketing Manager, you will be:
Creating content for our marketing channels social media, website, email campaigns.
Posting, scheduling and monitoring social media, community management and tracking analytics.
Writing blogs and other website content (experience with WordPress and Webflow an advantage).
Creating monthly email newsletters for clients using MailChimp.
Creating image and video assets using Canva or Adobe.
Supporting at events.
What Youll Need
2-3 years demonstrable experience in a marketing role.
Ability to work quickly and accurately.
Native level written and spoken English with good attention to spelling and grammar.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, social media.
A proactive attitude.
