The role
Are you an experienced Chef de Partie available for immediate work ?
We're urgently looking for reliable, skilled chefs to support a busy coastal hotel kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for chefs who enjoy flexibility, consistent hours, and fast-paced service .
The Role:
Working on a designated section in a busy kitchen
Supporting restaurant service, events, and banqueting
Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
Working efficiently during high-volume service periods
Shift Pattern:
10:00 - 22:00 shifts (with breaks)
Ongoing temporary work
Immediate start available
Flexible rotas - ideal for chefs between roles or seeking extra work
What we need from you:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
Ability to hit the ground running
Own chef whites/knife set preferred
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Level 2 Food Hygiene (or willingness to obtain)
