Are you a pragmatic problem-solver with a passion for engineering excellence and customer satisfaction? Moog Commercial Aircraft Group Tewkesbury is seeking a RUR Engineer to join our dynamic Aircraft Control Components team. This role is pivotal in bridging technical investigations with customer engagement, ensuring timely resolutions and world-class service.
You’ll lead and support investigations into returned units, collaborate across departments, and represent Moog in customer interactions—both locally and internationally. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring deep engineering insight with a commercial edge, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive progress on technical investigations and resolve scheduling challenges
* Coordinate and host customer visits related to returned units
* Ensure investigation outputs meet customer expectations and timelines
* Author and support aftermarket technical documentation (CMM, RTW)
* Collaborate with design teams and engineers to deliver project outcomes
* Provide technical guidance to junior staff and contribute to peer reviews
* Maintain performance tracking and clear communication across teams
