My client is urgently hiring a Technical Support Engineer. You will work directly with top-tier clients (Google, Meta, BMW, Nintendo & more), support sales through demos, and collaborate with product & engineering teams to deliver solutions that matter.
Responsibilities
 * Resolve complex hardware and software issues for clients.
 * Assist sales teams with product demos and technical presentations.
 * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
 * 4+ years in software‑hardware prototyping (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, etc.)
 * Strong backend & networking knowledge (Docker, Linux, SQL)
 * Solid experience with JS/TS, Python, C++
 * Excellent communication and a customer‑first mindset
