What You'll Do:
1. Lead with Excellence: Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they meet our high cleaning standards and service levels.
2. Organize & Assign: Schedule and assign daily tasks to the housekeeping team, ensuring all areas of the hotel are cleaned efficiently and on time.
3. Inspect & Perfect: Regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
4. Manage Inventory: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering more as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
5. Collaborate Seamlessly: Liaise with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure all guest needs are met.
6. Report & Resolve: Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate departments promptly.
7. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.

27. Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor in a hotel environment
28. Strong leadership and communication skills
29. Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness

32. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and cleaning chemicals
