About the role
* You travel across multiple sites supporting kitchens
* You step in as Head Chef or Senior Sous where needed
* You help stabilise teams and standards
* You support openings, menu rollouts and training
* You cover holidays and absence across the group
The offer
* Salary £36,000 to £38,000
* Tronc around £7,000
* Mileage or travel support
