Job Description
Are you passionate about supporting children with Additional Learning Needs and helping them succeed in the classroom?
We are currently looking for dedicated and compassionate ALN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in schools across the Mold area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy making a positive difference to the lives of young people while benefiting from the flexibility that supply work can offer.
As an ALN Teaching Assistant, you will provide valuable support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs, helping them to engage with lessons, develop confidence, and achieve their individual goals. You may work on a one-to-one basis or support small groups of pupils, adapting your approach to meet their unique requirements.
The successful candidate will be patient, understanding, and committed to promoting an inclusive learning environment. Experience working with children with Additional Learning Needs, Special Educational Needs, or within a care or support setting would be advantageous, although not essential.
We offer a variety of day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments across local schools, alongside competitive rates of pay and ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant who will help find placements suited to your experience and availability.
If you’re looking for a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs and are interested in ALN Teaching Assistant roles throughout the Mold area, we’d love to hear from you.
