Role Responsibilities Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with challenging behaviour Supporting positive behaviour strategies and behaviour intervention plans Assisting pupils with emotional regulation and social skills development Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff Promoting a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment Supporting pupils during transitions, breaktimes, and interventions The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs (school, SEND, youth work, or care setting) A calm, patient, and resilient approach Strong communication and de-escalation skills Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management strategies A genuine passion for supporting young people Desirable (Not Essential) Team Teach / behaviour management training Experience with SEMH, ADHD, or ASD Background in youth work, mentoring, or sports coaching Why Apply?
