We are looking for an experienced Pensions Implementation Technician to join our specialist projects and data team.
This role is focused on delivering accurate, efficient, and well-documented solutions to complex pensions data challenges.
The Role
1. Work with pensions administration platforms to extract, transform, and cleanse member data
2. Design and implement tools and processes to resolve client data issues
3. Review and quality-check the technical work of others
4. Support projects such as GMP reconciliation, rectification exercises, and data audits
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
About You
6. Strong knowledge of DB pensions administration systems and their data structures
7. Excellent SQL and relational database skills, plus advanced Excel expertise
8. Experience in data audits, rectification, or correction projects is advantageous
9. Able to assess data challenges and propose practical, risk-managed solutions
10. Skilled at reviewing technical work and maintaining clear documentation
11. A confident communicator, able to explain complex issues to varied audiences
12. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in teams
