As an F+B Supervisor, you will be the bridge between management and the front line team, fostering a positive culture within the restaurant, whilst overseeing restaurant operations and ensuring a seamless service for all guests.
Hotel F+B Supervisor responsibilities to include;
Supervise daily shifts, delegate tasks effectively and maintain high team morale and energy.Maintain and exceed our established service standards, handling guest feedback with grace and a solution-orientated mindset.Assist in onboarding new team members and provide ongoing coaching.Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling and inventory controls.Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communications and smooth food delivery.
