As an Information Manager at BW, you will manage and maintain all project-related documentation, acting as a central liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate information flow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform project-specific setup on our construction management platforms.
* Manage and maintain accurate contact details for BW, clients, and consultants within Procore.
* Onboard subcontractors, clearly communicating BW's standards and processes.
* Oversee DRS processes ensuring timely distribution and submission.
* Conduct quality assurance checks, promptly managing and closing submittals.
* Upload and manage design information and maintain compliance with BW Information Management standards.
* Provide training and ongoing support to internal and external teams on our technology platforms.
* Actively attend meetings, raising and resolving open issues and action points.
* Support the preparation of project reports and handover.
* Provide responsive administrative support, including site setup, social value initiatives, and health & safety documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage workload.
* Highly approachable and collaborative, an integral member of the project team.
* Effective communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
* Practical knowledge of Procore, HammerTech, Openspace, PowerBI and QFlow is beneficial.
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
