Are you a storyteller who can turn complex topics into compelling content? We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead global content efforts across the full marketing funnel, crafting narratives that inspire compliance, risk, procurement, and legal professionals to drive ethical change.
This is a chance to make a real impact: shaping content that not only engages but converts, working across digital, product, and commercial teams, and helping elevate ethical standards in business worldwide.
What you’ll do
* Develop and execute a strategic B2B content marketing plan aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
* Create and manage high-quality, engaging content across digital channels—blogs, social media, email, and web.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including SMEs, designers, and agencies, to produce impactful content that resonates with target audiences.
* Maintain and optimise a global content calendar, ensuring timely delivery, consistent messaging, and alignment with the broader marketing strategy.
* Use data and analytics to measure content performance, inform future campaigns, and drive continuous improvement across the funnel.
* Stay informed on industry trends and key risk areas—such as anti-bribery, sustainability, and cyber risk—to ensure content remains relevant.
* Champion brand consistency, SEO best practices, and user experience across all content, while supporting team-wide access to design tools like Canva.
Who you are
* 4–8 years of experience in content marketing or a related field.
* Proven B2B content marketing background, ideally within SaaS, RegTech, or a related sector.
* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published content.
* Skilled with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, and SEO platforms.
* Ability to translate complex regulatory topics into engaging, accessible content.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive content decisions.
* Familiarity with UK English and tone appropriate for professional audiences.
* Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about ethical business practices.
* Prior experience in Regulatory Technology (RegTech) or adjacent industries is a plus.
* Must hold valid documents with permission to work in the UK.
What else you need to know
This role sits within the marketing team and works closely with global marketing, sales, and commercial colleagues across EMEA, North America, and APAC.
