Job Description

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Energy Solicitor, or a Commercial / Regulatory Solicitor with strong exposure to the energy sector, to join a highly respected international law firm. This is a chance to become part of a market-leading Energy team working on some of the most significant and high-profile projects in the UK and beyond.

The firm’s Energy team advises across a broad range of regional and national projects, including:

* Utility-scale solar, onshore wind, and battery storage developments
* Combined generation and storage schemes
* Large-scale public and private renewable projects
* Bespoke clean energy and infrastructure initiatives
You’ll advise clients on the commercial and regulatory aspects of energy work, including:
* Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and other route-to-market contracts
* Grid connections and procurement
* Regulatory frameworks and compliance
* Operational and energy services agreements
* Corporate support for clean energy and infrastructure investments

You’ll also have scope to get involved in wider commercial work within the energy sector, supporting a diverse client base of developers, investors, and utilities.
