Duties
* Achieve service department budget and customer satisfaction targets
* Manage accurate job costing, invoicing, and parts control to maintain profit margins
* Implement and maintain high standards of service quality and customer care
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Advisors
* Ensure compliance with vehicle and consumer legislation
* Collaborate with brand partners to meet manufacturer standards and objectives as an Aftersales Manager
* Monitor and improve service department efficiency, profitability, and operational performance
Requirements
* Previous experience in the retail motor trade at a managerial level
* Strong technical knowledge of service department operations
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation is desirable
* Technical or engineering qualifications advantageous
* Minimum of two years' motor trade experience
* Valid UK driving licence is essential
